1 - As an Eyebrow Liner - Apply across the eyebrows in the direction of your brow's natural growth, sweeping upwards with the tip of the brush to create hair like strokes in the areas where the brow is more sparse.
2 - As an Eyeliner - Apply a little to your hand and use the Angle Brush to pick up a small amount to create your perfect line or flick. For a more intense look wait 10 seconds and reapply.
