Radiance Powders
Radiance Makeup Powders and Luminizers give structure to the face, and helps light reflect on elevated areas of your face like the bridge of your nose, the cheekbones, and the center of your eyelids. Typically, your illuminator or makeup radiance powder is applied directly after you apply foundation and before your cream or powder blush.
