Radiance Powders
Radiance Makeup Powders and Luminizers give structure to the face, and helps light reflect on elevated areas of your face like the bridge of your nose, the cheekbones, and the center of your eyelids. Unlike highlighter powders, luminizers creates brilliance and shimmer, not glitter and sparkle and are for use on skin of all ages and skin type, even dry and oily skins. Formulated with a natural, luminous look in mind, illuminators are an excellent choice to achieve a soft, subtle glow and can be used to give your entire face instead of only focusing on certain areas, like you would with a highlighter.
Typically, your illuminator or makeup radiance powder is applied directly after you apply foundation and before your cream or powder blush. This will give you a noticeable glow and in some instances, such as the Guerlain Meteorites Powder, it can provide light colour correctivity or glow. If you want a subtle, dewy glow, you should apply the Radiance Powder or Illuminator below your foundation to, in effect, act as a radiance primer.
