1. Thoroughly cleanse face and neck with an appropriate cleanser.
2. Gently pat dry the skin.
3. Using the palms of your hands, smooth a pea size amount from the centre of the face towards the hairline.
4. Can be applied morning or evening.
5. Alternatively, apply a thick layer as a face mask to the skin and leave for 20 minutes or overnight.
6. Applied in a thin layer it can also be used as an everday nappy changing balm.
