YSL Black Opium Illicit Green EDP is a unique take on Black Opium perfume that takes inspiration from the world of cocktails and mixology. Black Opium Illicit Green, is an energising, loud and fresh fragrance that uses key notes of zesty Green Mandarin, creamy Fig and the signature Black Opium Coffee base, to create a very different fragrance by YSL.

Black Opium Illicit Green Eau de Parfum is a bold and unique collaboration between Black Opium Master Perfumer Nathalie Lorson, and award-winning Parisian mixologist Margot Lecarpentier. Together, they twisted Black Opium’s original captivating floral oriental scent with juicy green mandarin, Pear accord and electrifying fig leaf accord at the top, making for a vibrant mocktail-inspired fragrance that invigorates all the senses. This is layered over a sensual bouquet of white florals, such as Jasmine and Orange Blossom, given that edible edge by the addition of creamy Fig fruit. The base is a dark and smoky, almost Turkish coffee base, with warm balsamic notes from Vanilla Bourbon, contrasted with the creamy and sensual second skin essences of Pathcouli and Cedarwood, for a rich and addictive YSL perfume.
